The role of the organization shall be to facilitate:
 | The educational process of paramedic students. |
| Assist in developing educationally sound paramedic training programs. |
| To promote the continuity of out-of-hospital training. |
| To promote these concepts to local emergency medical services agencies throughout the State of California and the California Emergency Medical Services Authority. |
